His background is primarily as a technician, with additional experience in service writing, giving him a strong understanding of both the mechanical and customer service sides of the business.

Spencer handles a wide range of responsibilities including vehicle diagnostics and repairs, scheduling appointments, preparing estimates, and assisting with invoicing. His well-rounded experience allows him to provide accurate information, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship on every job.

As a husband and father of three, Spencer understands how valuable time and safety are to families. He is committed to ensuring customers feel comfortable and confident knowing that a trustworthy, reliable professional is coming to their home. Jantzen oversees all in-office operations, including marketing, advertising, accounting, invoicing, and day-to-day business management.
